The Women in Propane Council has introduced Knowledge Exchange, a mentoring program aimed at providing a platform for men and women to develop professional-level skills. The council has partnered with a mentor leadership team and Dr. Liz Selzer to provide a dynamic mentoring program.
Women in Propane notes that some research shows individuals with mentors may receive more promotions and experience greater job satisfaction than those without mentors. Knowledge Exchange is an extensive, six-month
mentoring program that provides personal development opportunities to those being mentored while offering new perspectives and personal satisfaction to mentors. In aggregate, the program will help develop future propane leaders and build on the propane industry’s legacy.
Knowledge Exchange training commences the day before the 2016 NPGA Southeastern Convention and International Propane Expo. Training will take place April 7 from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Music City Center in Nashville,
Tenn. Tuition is $200. For additional information, email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
