LT Corp. (Cleveland, Miss.), the parent company of Quality Steel Corp. and LP Cylinder Service Inc. (LPC), announced Oct. 28 the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Buckeye Fabricating Co.
Buckeye Fabricating (Springfield, Ohio), founded in 1963, fabricates custom-designed welded steel ASME pressure vessels and noncode tanks. The company serves a variety of end users in multiple industries and has established itself as one of the U.S.’s prominent producers of custom fabricated pressure vessels and process tanks.
Jim Tims, chairman of the board of LT Corp., said, “We are so delighted to welcome the newest member to the LT Corp. family of businesses, Buckeye Fabricating Co. The prospect of developing this new familial relationship and adding to the product diversity of our companies has us very excited.
