Sean B. Murray has joined Proulx Oil & Propane (Newmarket, N.H.) as sales/account manager. He will handle sales of oil and propane to all new construction projects, builders and developers, and residential and commercial consumer accounts throughout New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and North Shore Massachusetts.
Energy Distribution Partners (Chicago) has named Jordan Landrum general manager for Quality Propane in Burnsville and Kellogg, Minn. Landrum began his energy career with Ferrellgas in 2006 and has more than 10 years of operations and management experience in the propane and compressed gas businesses.
The Propane Gas Association of New England (PGANE) has named Leslie Anderson as president and CEO, effective Jan. 3. She replaces Joe Rose, who is retiring. Anderson worked for 14 years as director of risk and corporate counsel at Dead River Co. Most recently, she led the Bureau of Remediation and Waste Management for the Maine Department of Environmental Protection.
Tina Schmitt has joined Twin Feathers (Overland Park, Kan.)in supply and risk management. Schmitt began her career in the commodity markets in 2003, working for Inergy Services, where she assisted retail propane dealers with supply and risk management products. After leaving Crestwood Services (formerly Inergy Services) in early 2014, she joined Cargill to expand her commodity career.

James Patrick (Pat) Head, who worked for Northern Propane Gas Co., Buckeye Gas Co., Ferrellgas, and most recently, Lakes Gas (Forest Lake, Minn.), passed away Nov. 18. He spent most of his career in the propane industry, moving up from filling cylinders, setting tanks, and delivering gas to managing plants, districts, regions, and transport operations. While he was partially retired, he updated piping and emergency shut-off valves for various Lakes Gas Co. storage tanks.
