Fountain Hills, AZ (Nov. 6, 2024) — Legacy Energy Consulting, a merger and acquisitions consulting firm, announces the sale of Griffin's Propane, located in Silver City, New Mexico, to an undisclosed buyer.
Griffin’s Propane was established in 1991 by Richard and Charlotte Griffin to provide reliable propane services to the community of Silver City in Southwest New Mexico. Recognizing the superior quality of their service, they grew their business to include four locations in New Mexico and four in Arizona over the subsequent 30-plus years, with the assistance of their daughter Lindsay, who joined the business in 2014, and son-in-law, Alex who joined in 2019.

These services encompassed the initial valuation, discreetly marketing the business to potential buyers through an efficient and structured sale process, negotiating the final deal structure and managing the due diligence process between the seller and the eventual buyer. Chad Pendill and Tyler Pendill managed the transaction. This transaction is the fifth for Legacy Energy Consulting in 2024 and its 21st since 2020.
