David Stroupe has over 30 years of propane industry experience in a variety of senior-level management, operations and business development positions. He began his propane career as vice president and chief operating officer with Green Mountain Propane and later held positions of increasing responsibility in business development and operations for major marketers, including Heritage Propane and AmeriGas Partners. Prior to joining EDP, he spent five years as president of Yankee Propane before successfully negotiating the company’s sale to Superior Plus Energy Services. David has successfully closed on more than 125 acquisitions. He graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Daniel Dixon has 28 years of propane industry experience. He began his career with Propane Resources, working with companies needing valuation, estate planning and sell-side representation. Prior to joining EDP, his most recent position was group director of business development with AmeriGas. During his time in the industry, Daniel has completed more than 70 transactions. He is very active in propane industry associations, currently serving on the National Propane Gas Association board of directors. He also served as a past chairman of the Propane Education & Research Council.

Russ Head has over 35 years of experience in the propane industry, working for multiple companies. Starting as a driver in 1988 in Wisconsin, he was quickly promoted to manager and ran a successful startup in Minnesota. He launched his own propane company, Quality Propane, in 2000 and successfully ran it until 2014, when he sold it to EDP. Russ continued to run the business for two years before transitioning into various leadership roles within EDP. He has since held the positions of sales director, director of projects and regional director of operations, until being named to his current position of vice president of safety. Russ has a track record of proven results in every position he has held throughout his career.
