WINLPG Opens Nominations for 2026 Global Awards Program
Nominations are now being accepted for the WINLPG 2026 Awards, the annual Women in LPG (WINLPG) awards program that recognizes women who are helping shape the future of the global LPG industry through leadership, innovation and advocacy for diversity and inclusion.
The annual awards program honors women at different stages of their careers and across various sectors of the industry.
WINLPG 2026 Awards
The WINLPG Woman of the Year Award recognizes an established industry leader who has made a significant impact through professional excellence, leadership, mentorship and a commitment to advancing gender diversity.
The WINLPG Young Woman of the Year Award honors an emerging leader age 35 or younger who demonstrates exceptional potential and dedication to driving positive change within the LPG industry.
The WINLPG Field Groundbreaker Award celebrates a woman working in an operational or technical role who is breaking barriers and inspiring others in traditionally underrepresented areas of the industry.
According to WINLPG, nominees across all categories share a commitment to innovation, professional development and workplace inclusion. Candidates are recognized for offering practical solutions that strengthen their organizations and the industry, pursuing personal and professional growth and helping create more equitable and supportive work environments.
The nomination period is open from June 1 through Sept. 18, 2026. Following the close of nominations, the WINLPG Global team and an independent panel of judges will review submissions and select winners and runners-up in each category based on leadership, impact and contributions to advancing women in the LPG industry.
All nominees will be recognized as part of the WINLPG 2026 Class of the Year. Award winners will be announced during Liquid Gas Week 2026 in October in Istanbul.
Individuals may nominate themselves or a colleague for consideration.
