Christina Armentano currently serves as COO and EVP at Paraco, and brings 20 years of business experience marked by versatility in roles both outside and inside family businesses. Her expertise encompasses departmental turnarounds, team building and achieving metric-focused results. In her current role, Christina oversees the operations for the largest privately held propane company in the Northeast. Servicing 120,000 retail customers annually and an estimated 1 million exchange customers, Christina plays a pivotal role in the company’s ongoing success. Actively engaged in various boards, including the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA), the NPGA Executive Committee, the New York Propane Gas Association, the Business Council of Westchester, Lakes Gas and the United Way, Christina’s commitment to her profession and community involvement underscores her dedication to making meaningful contributions to both her industry and the broader community.

Doug Tascarella is the former co-founder and COO of Advantage Propane, a company that provided propane services to residential, commercial and agricultural customers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Under Doug’s leadership, Advantage Propane gained a strong reputation for its customer-centric approach, safety-first culture and commitment to delivering high-quality propane services. His hands-on leadership style and strategic vision were key to the company’s growth, focusing on operational excellence and the adoption of innovative energy solutions. Doug played a pivotal role in expanding Advantage Propane’s operations and after 10 years, Doug and his partner set their sights on selling Advantage Propane. This vision came to fruition in December 2020 when Paraco Gas acquired Advantage Propane. Following the acquisition, Doug transitioned to Paraco as a regional area manager, where he continues to uphold a culture of safety and sustainability.
