Superior Plus Completes Acquisition of Hopkins Propane & Acquires a North Carolina Propane Distributor

TORONTO — Superior Plus Corp. announced it has closed the previously announced acquisition of the assets of a retail propane distribution company operating under the tradename Hopkins Propane.

Superior also announced it has acquired the assets of Mountain Energy Gas, a small distributor based in Waynesville, North Carolina, in a separate transaction.
