Superior Fuel Company Acquires Hayward Propane

Duluth, MN (April 2, 2026) — Superior Fuel Company has announced the acquisition of Hayward Propane, a well-established propane provider serving Hayward, Wisconsin, and the surrounding communities in northwest Wisconsin. 

Founded and operated by Todd Siddons and Jenni Strama, Hayward Propane has built a strong reputation for reliable service, customer care and deep community ties. Superior Fuel Company is honored to continue that legacy while bringing additional resources and long-term growth opportunities to the region. As part of the transition, Todd Siddons will remain with Superior Fuel Company and will play an active role in continuing to serve customers and expanding operations in the Hayward market.
