Growing Impact Through Reforestation
Last year, in celebration of Earth Month, Petro Home Services customers helped plant more than 15,000 trees through the PetroGrowsGreen program — a milestone that strengthened reforestation efforts across the Appalachian region. This year, the initiative expanded its impact with an even greater commitment to the communities Star Group serves.

For every HVAC tune up completed in April, a donation was made to plant one tree in support of The Nature Conservancy and its global “Plant a Billion Trees” program, which works to restore critical forest ecosystems, enhance biodiversity and address the interconnected challenges of climate change.

By partnering with local communities and focusing on high priority restoration areas, the program accelerates reforestation in ways that deliver long term environmental and social benefits. Through these efforts, Star Group customers once again contributed to cleaner air, healthier habitats and a more sustainable future.
