Reliable Energy Partners Hires New Members to Executive Team

Tampa, FL — Reliable Energy Partners announced the appointments of Alan Martin, Blerina Ruqi and Cathy Adams. 

Alan Martin joins Reliable Energy as director of business development, with over two decades of comprehensive experience in the propane industry. Martin has held senior roles at Ferrellgas, DCC, AmeriGas and Ray Energy, where he developed a strong track record in business development. His extensive knowledge in operations, sales and marketing, combined with a robust industry network, will be pivotal in advancing Reliable Energy’s expansion strategies. 

Blerina Ruqi joins the company as controller, bringing six years of accounting and finance experience exclusively within the propane industry. Ruqi will be instrumental in establishing operational best practices across Reliable Energy’s partner companies. 

Cathy Adams has been appointed director of customer service and training, offering 12 years of propane industry experience in system integration and customer service training. Adams will oversee technology integration and administrative training initiatives, supporting both current operations and future acquisitions of Reliable Energy.
