Gilbert, PA (Oct. 1, 2021) — Paraco Gas announced that Gilbert, Pennsylvania-based Warner’s Propane & Oil has joined the Paraco family through an acquisition. Warner’s is a family-owned propane company that was founded in 1994 by Gary Warner and has remained managed by the Warner family.
This is Paraco’s 53rd acquisition, adding a strong customer base in a growing market in Monroe County, and marks Paraco’s fourth distribution location in Pennsylvania.
The newly established “Warner’s Propane & Oil — A Paraco Company” combines two strong family brands in Pennsylvania that have been committed to growth, service and community. This acquisition also demonstrates Paraco’s ongoing commitment to serving the Northeast region.
Warner’s owners Gary and Cecilia Warner shared their excitement: “We have known Paraco, and specifically Christina Armentano, for years. Paraco’s approach toward acquisitions, their emphasis on family values, and their ability to take care of our customers and employees made us confident that this is truly the right fit for taking over where we left off. We know our people will be in good hands.”
Paraco wishes the Warners well on their new adventure and thanks them for their many contributions to the energy industry. Paraco is also proud to have a member of the Warner family’s second generation, Eric Warner, continue to support the operation moving forward.

Paraco has been servicing the Pennsylvania region since 2005. With this acquisition, Paraco will expand its service territory into Monroe, Carbon, Lehigh, Northampton, Eastern Schuylkill County and Southern Luzerne County.
