May 2024 — Legacy Energy Consulting has announced that the company recently facilitated the sale of the forklift assets and customers of Island Energy Inc., headquartered in Paragould, Arizona to Ozarc Gas Equipment & Supply Inc. This is the first completed deal for Legacy Energy Consulting in 2024, and the 17th completed transaction since it was founded in 2020.
