Chicago, Illinois-based Energy Distribution Partners (EDP) announced that John Casper has joined the company as chief financial officer (CFO).
Casper comes to EDP with extensive financial leadership experience. He most recently served as CFO of a Chicago-based toll road concession company, where he led the financial planning, reporting, treasury and compliance functions, including oversight for the company’s capital structure. Prior to that he was corporate controller for a real estate holding company, where he led the financial reporting and consolidation function for the company’s owned and managed parking asset portfolio, consisting of more than 100 locations.
Casper started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the financial statement audit practice after receiving both his Bachelor of Science in Business and Master of Accountancy from Miami University. He is a certified public accountant.
