SYLVESTER, Ga. — Feb. 19, 2024 — Conger LP Gas has been fueling life in Worth County, Georgia since its inception in 1989, and now the company is doing so from a new and improved location. On Thursday, Feb. 15, and Friday, Feb. 16, 2024, Conger LP Gas held a grand opening celebration at the new location at 306 S. Main Street in Sylvester, Georgia. The new location in downtown Sylvester is much larger than the previous office on Highway 82 and features a spacious showroom with working gas log fireplace displays, a selection of appliances, and a Rinnai Tankless water heater wall.
On Thursday, Feb. 15, the grand opening celebration included a highly attended ribbon cutting with the Sylvester-Worth County Chamber of Commerce at 11 a.m. followed by a free lunch from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. for attendees and customers. On both days, there were giveaways, door prizes, and a cylinder fill special where customers could get their 20 lb. propane cylinders filled for only $10. This special price includes tax and will only be honored at the Sylvester location.
