NEW MILFORD, Conn. — May 22, 2024 — Cetane Associates has announced that an undisclosed buyer has acquired the propane assets related to Shoshone Propane Inc. (“Shoshone Propane”), a full-service propane business located in Pahrump, Nevada. The transaction closed on May 2, 2024.

(Bourne’s Energy), a full-service propane, heating fuels, and pellets delivery business located in Morrisville, Vermont. The transaction was completed on Feb. 1, 2024.
