In their new roles, Mr. Powell will serve as Senior Vice President – Chief Commercial Officer/MSL, and Mr. Harrington will serve as Senior Vice President – Chief Operations Officer/MSL. Philip Bouillette will continue in his role as Vice President/Business Development-NGL, and Will Moore will continue in his role as Crestwood’s Senior Vice President/Corporate Strategy. Mr. Moore will also continue to manage the Kansas City office’s administrative matters. Crestwood has affirmed its commitment to both the MSL business and the Kansas City office.

“Four years ago, we successfully merged Inergy LP with Crestwood Midstream Partners and, since then, the MSL organization has been a very solid performer,” said Mr. Gautreaux. “Given our strong situation and potential for future successes, I have decided that now is the right time for me to step aside and make a personal and professional transition. We have a highly talented leadership team in place and are incredibly well positioned as the industry returns to growth. John Powell and Vance Harrington are seasoned professionals who are more than capable of leading the Crestwood MSL Group into the future. I expect nothing but great success for this organization in the coming years.”
