Joseph Gresham Joins Rinnai America Corporation as Vice President of Innovation

Peachtree City, Ga. — Rinnai America Corporation, a North American manufacturer of energy‑efficient tankless water heaters, announced that Joseph Gresham has joined Rinnai America as vice president of innovation and a member of the company’s executive leadership team.

In this role, Joe will lead Rinnai America’s Innovation organization, providing strategic direction for innovation, product strategy and technology advancement across North America. His leadership will strengthen Rinnai’s long‑term innovation roadmap, elevate product quality and drive competitive advantage as the company continues its strong growth trajectory.

Joe is a seasoned global product development executive with experience across HVAC, residential appliances, drinking water systems and food service equipment. He has held leadership roles at Middleby Corporation, Elkay (now Zurn Elkay Water Solutions), Whirlpool and Ingersoll Rand (now Trane Technologies), where he consistently delivered innovation, strengthened product strategies, improved quality and built high‑performing global teams that helped drive growth and improve competitive position.

Joe holds a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University. He also holds a certification in Systems Engineering and Architecture from MIT and Design for Six Sigma Black Belt.
