Richard Fredenburg is the LP gas engineer with the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, managing their inspection program. He is a member of four National Fire Protection Association technical committees, including the Technical Committee on LP Gases. He is an advisory member of the National Propane Gas Association�s Technology, Standards and Safety Committee.
