Jacqueline Piazza is the executive director of NJPGA, co-chair of Women in Propane's (WIP) Knowledge Exchange and New Jersey WIP Ambassador. Piazza oversees association operations, advocates for the industry, fosters member engagement and advances industry initiatives. 

Richard Van Orden III is a propane training manager at Star Group LP, with more than 30 years of industry experience spanning delivery, installation, service and safety. He serves as NJPGA treasurer and education chair, and as a PERC Leadership in Energy Ambassador.
