Don Mumma has worked in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industry since 1998. He has served more than 20 years in the areas of HVAC and plumbing service and installation. He joined the Pennsylvania Petroleum Association in December 2022 as the director of education and workforce development. His current role includes designing, planning and implementing all PPATEC training programs. He is also responsible for building relationships with educational institutions and the military community to educate candidates on the benefits of a career in the energy and HVAC industry. Mumma is originally from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. He currently lives in Lititz with his wife and son. He earned a bachelor's degree in secondary education at Mansfield University.
