has introduced its new app, available in app stores by searching “Marshall Excelsior.” The app links to an MEC product catalog, service handbook, and videos, as well as other literature. The app’s Gas Appliance System Check includes a place to record customer information; appliance check that answers by a simple yes, no, or N/A; and a place for notes, installation photos, and an electronic signing feature that allows customers to sign and immediately generate a finished PDF form to be emailed to the office and customer. The Gas System Check tool offers a place to record customer information, document container information, and a regulator check that eliminates the need to keep track of stickers or write down regulator info. By scanning the Excela-Flor regulator barcode, the tag information automatically populates the form.
