ADD Systems Announces Executive Team Expansion

FLANDERS, N.J. (Oct. 8, 2026) — Advanced Digital Data Inc. (ADD Systems), a provider of software and technology solutions for the energy distribution and convenience store industries, announced an expansion of its executive leadership team, with the promotion of four senior leaders to vice president roles:

· Andy Katsigiannis – vice president, IT Operations, Infrastructure & Support

· Chris Kiernan – vice president, Implementation & Training

· Allyson Wright – vice president, Human Resources

· Regina Balistreri – vice president, Marketing, Documentation & Quality Assurance

This team brings a combined 89 years of experience and knowledge from long tenures with ADD Systems. They join the existing executive leadership team to help guide the company through its next phase of growth, prioritizing customer support, product development and increased efficiency across the operation.

“These promotions are about strengthening the leadership structure of the company, expanding responsibility across a talented executive team and continuing to develop leaders from within,” said ADD Systems President Bruce C. The company also announced that it will establish additional executive steering committees to support cross-functional planning and decision-making. One of the first will be a Product Direction Steering Committee, designed to bring together input from engineering, operations, implementation, training, sales, marketing, support and quality assurance. Client feedback, including feedback received through the ADD User Group, will continue to be a vital part of the company’s product planning process.
