Arrow Midstream Acquires HD5 Assets, Announces HD5 Founder as President

HOUSTON, Texas — Arrow Midstream LLC announced that, together with an affiliate, the company has acquired substantially all of the assets used in HD5 Transport, LLC’s trucking operations, expanding Arrow’s liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) transportation platform. The transaction was completed on August 20, 2026, with an effective date of August 15, 2026.

The acquisition adds fleet capacity, experienced personnel and expanded operating capabilities, marking a significant step in Arrow’s growth strategy. Arrow has served LPG customers across the lower 48 states for years. With the added fleet, drivers and capabilities, the company is positioned to serve customers more efficiently and support both routine and large-scale projects with safe, reliable and flexible transportation solutions.

HD5 Transport founder Cecilia Waggle joins Arrow Midstream’s executive leadership team as president and will work together with Chief Executive Officer Edy Francis to lead day-to-day operations and commercial growth for the combined platform. Waggle founded HD5 in 2011 and built the company around a customer-first culture and is widely respected for operational execution, innovation and long-term customer relationships.
