Bottini Fuel Acquires Putnam Propane Gas Inc. & Putnam Energy Inc.

West Palm Beach, FL (Sept. 15, 2026) — Blue Peak Resources, a mergers, and acquisitions consulting firm serving the propane and fuel oil industry, announced the successful sale of Putnam Propane Gas Inc. and Putnam Energy Inc. — privately held, family-owned propane and heating oil companies serving the Hudson Valley — to Bottini Fuel of Wappingers Falls, New York.

The transaction brings together two established family-owned businesses with complementary strengths, building on Putnam’s long-standing customer relationships, reputation for service and experienced team as it joins Bottini Fuel’s broader platform.

Blue Peak Resources served as exclusive advisor to Putnam Propane Gas Inc. and Putnam Energy Inc., providing strategic guidance and transaction management throughout the sale process.
