Phillips 66

NATIONAL — Mark Lashier has officially stepped into his new role as president and CEO of Phillips 66, 33 years after he started his career as a research engineer in the labs of Phillips Petroleum. 

Lashier takes over from Greg Garland, who is stepping down after 10 years as CEO but staying on as executive chairman of the company’s board of directors. Lashier came to Phillips 66 in April 2021 after four years as CEO of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, in which Phillips 66 owns a 50% stake.

RICHLAND, Wash. (June 27, 2022) Christensen Inc. has announced that it has been selected as the winner of the 2022 Phillips 66 Innovation Award. At the Phillips 66 customer conference held in Las Vegas, Nevada, in early June, Christensen was recognized for its ongoing commitment to developing cutting-edge technology solutions in the wholesale distribution and retail fuel industry.

HOUSTON — Phillips 66 has named its current president and chief operating officer (COO), Mark Lashier, as president and CEO, effective July 1.

HOUSTON (Oct. 27, 2021) — Phillips 66 and Phillips 66 Partners announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement for Phillips 66 to acquire all of the publicly held common units representing limited partner interests in the partnership not already owned by Phillips 66 and its affiliates.
