(Aug. 6, 2024) — Palmdale Oil, a leading provider of fuels, propane, lubricants and chemicals with delivery solutions across the state of Florida, announced it has acquired Maassen Oil Company Inc., a Florida-based distributor of refined fuel, lubricants and propane. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
